Happily Ever Planner ("we," "our," or "the App") is a trip planning and countdown application. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Happily Ever Planner is designed with privacy at its core.
Data stored on your device only:
All of this data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
Information we do NOT collect:
Happily Ever Planner offers a one-time premium upgrade for $4.99 processed through the Apple App Store. We do not handle, process, or store any payment information. All payment processing is managed entirely by Apple. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles your payment data.
The App may request permission to send local push notifications for trip countdown reminders and reservation alerts. This is entirely optional and controlled on your device. Notification preferences can be changed at any time in your device Settings. No notification data is sent to our servers.
The App includes a "Share Countdown" feature that uses your device's native share sheet. When you share, you control exactly where the content goes. We do not track or store any information about your sharing activity.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID, device encryption). If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Your data exists only on your device for as long as the app is installed. We retain no data on any servers. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all your trip data.
Happily Ever Planner does not integrate with third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not sell, share, rent, or trade any user data because we do not collect any.
Happily Ever Planner is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The App does not contain user-generated content, social features, or external links that could expose children to inappropriate content.
Happily Ever Planner does not collect, sell, or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Since we collect no personal data, there is no data to access, delete, or opt out of selling.
We do not collect or process any personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation. All trip data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
