By downloading, installing, or using Happily Ever Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Happily Ever Planner is a mobile application that helps users plan theme park vacations. The App provides trip countdown timers, packing checklists, daily itinerary planning, dining reservation tracking, and budget management tools. All data is stored locally on the user's device.
The App is available to users of all ages. No account creation or personal information is required to use the App. Users under 18 should have parental consent before making any in-app purchases.
The App offers a free tier with limited features and a premium tier unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase of $4.99. The free tier includes 1 trip with a countdown timer and packing checklist. The premium tier adds unlimited trips, daily itinerary planner, dining reservation tracker, budget tracker, and sharing features.
Premium features are unlocked through a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases. We do not process or store any payment information. All sales are final, subject to Apple's refund policies. Refund requests should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All trip data created within the App is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any user data on external servers. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details on our data practices.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Happily Ever Planner and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our written permission.
Happily Ever Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with The Walt Disney Company, Universal Parks & Resorts, or any of their subsidiaries. All third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced within the App belong to their respective owners.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal trip planning. You may not:
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any trip planning information or suggestions provided by the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Happily Ever Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, missed reservations, forgotten items, budget discrepancies, or any other consequences of relying on the App for trip planning.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover lost data. Data may be lost due to app deletion, device failure, operating system updates, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend keeping your device backed up to iCloud.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
